Labor Productivity Consultants

We are currently seeking management consultants with labor productivity and operations improvement expertise to join our rapidly expanding team. Ideal candidates will lead analytics, initiatives and project management activities that result in the improved financial, operational and clinical effectiveness of our provider healthcare clients. Our seasoned consultants possess significant expertise analyzing and interpreting data, quantifying results, and designing and implementing solutions for sustainable savings. Desired skills and experience include::

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business or related field; MBA, MPH or MHA desired.
  • Strong project management experience defining and managing work plans, project budgets, timelines and deliverables.
  • Proven success leading team-based assessments and project implementations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with solid written and oral communication and presentation skills.

    Revenue Cycle Consultants

    Our seasoned revenue cycle consultants specialize in performance improvement and process re-engineering, revenue management and redesign, and reimbursement and recovery strategies. Operational expertise in patient access, charge capture, denials management and recovery, patient financial services and accounting is essential. Desired skills and experience include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline. CPA or MBA desired.
  • 3+ years’ healthcare industry or consulting experience in revenue cycle operations.
  • Strong project management experience and proven success contributing to assessments and project implementations.
  • Ability to draft work plans, project budgets, timelines and deliverables.
  • Solid analytical skills with a keen knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle continuum and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage team and client relationships.
  • Solid written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (80%).

    Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Consultants

    Our seasoned CDI consultants specialize in performance improvement, education and training, medical record documentation analysis and process re-engineering, revenue management and redesign, and reimbursement and recovery strategies. Operational expertise in patient access, charge capture, denials management and recovery, patient financial services and accounting is essential. Desired skills and experience include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Health Information Management, BSN or RHIA preferred.
  • 5+ years’ healthcare industry or consulting experience in clinical documentation improvement.
  • Strong understanding of clinical, HIM, Quality and Case Management workflow and processes.
  • Proficient in ICD-9-CM Diagnosis/Procedures Codes, MS-DRG reimbursement, ICD-10 and clinical documentation requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage team and client relationships.
  • Solid written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (80%).
